Business Manager at Earth Cleanse will play the dual role of Sales Representative and Account Manager. Business Manager will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs. Your goal is to drive revenue growth while promoting our eco-friendly products and sustainable mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated markets and industries.
• Present, promote, and sell eco-friendly products to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our sustainable products.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and generate leads.
• Create Sales Forecasts, achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track sales activities, manage leads, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and new product offerings.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
• Work with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend suitable eco-friendly products that align with their sustainability goals.
• Monitor account performance, ensuring product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer pain points, resolve issues and concerns promptly, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and logistics, to ensure client needs are met.
• Develop KPIs for sales performance. Prepare and present monthly reports to Management on client accounts, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
