Job Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and problem-solving Software Tester to join our team in Newton, NJ. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our dedicated IT team to deliver top-quality software through comprehensive, effective and innovative testing strategies.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required.
Perform manual testing, which may include exploratory, system, regression, compatibility or integration testing for software applications developed in Java.
Implement automation testing using Selenium, SOAP UI and QTP.
Contribute in quality assurance aspects, ensuring the performance, reliability, stability and compatibility of our software products.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $25 - $35 per hour. The specific salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

0-4 years of experience in software testing or related field.
Must have a valid work visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD/TN, H4, F1, L2, OPT, CPT.
Experience in IT Software / Services is preferred.

Skills

Proficient in QA/Testing methodologies and tools.
Experience in Web Services testing.
Strong knowledge of Java.
Experience with Selenium, SOAP UI, Python and QTP/Selenium.
Expertise in manual testing techniques.
