Job Overview

Tekarch technology is seeking a dynamic QA Automation Tester who is ready to take on the thrilling challenge of ensuring our software products are of top-notch quality. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts using ASP .Net, Java and other open source tools
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

Salary

The pay range we're offering is $25 - $35 per hour. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of experience in QA / Testing
• Work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to work under contract or permanent position

Skills

• Proficiency in ASP .Net, Java, Quality Assurance, Selenium, SOAP UI, QTP / Selenium, Unit Testing, Web Testing
• Experience with Web Services
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
