Office Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our Cumming, GA location. This role involves managing the office operations and ensuring seamless insurance-related processes. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients regarding the insurance process, providing exceptional service while handling administrative and insurance coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients with professionalism, addressing insurance inquiries and guiding them as needed.
- Review the scheduling and appointment bookings, to verify eligibility and request authorization ensuring an organized flow of activities.
- Verify client insurance coverage and eligibility before appointments.
- Handle insurance claims submission, follow-ups, and resolution of discrepancies with insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client insurance information in the system.
- Process payments and assist clients with billing or insurance-related questions.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth handling of insurance claims and paperwork.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and correspondence.
