The QA Team Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products in the live production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical expertise in software testing, and hands-on experience with testing tools like Chrome Dev Tools, XCode, Android Studio, as well as proficiency in using Jira, Xray or TestRail for test management.

Job Overview

We are excited to announce a position for a QA Automation Tester based in Piscataway, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an annual salary between $100,000 to $110,000. This opportunity is open to US citizens, Green Card holders, and H4 visa holders who have a passion for IT Software and Services. We are looking for dedicated professionals with 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, who can bring their expertise to our dynamic team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and executing automated test scripts using tools like QTP / Selenium.
• Understanding and analysing the business requirements and converting them into test scenarios.
• Working collaboratively with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the quality of the product.
• Assisting in the design and evolution of the company's QA process.
• Following Agile methodologies to ensure the timely and quality delivery of software updates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They should have 0-3 years of experience in IT Software, specifically in a QA role. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Web Services, Java, and Actuate. They should also be proficient in using QTP / Selenium for automation testing.
