Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Project Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience in project planning, site execution, and bid support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
• Monitor project progress and assist in addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct site visits to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in bid preparation, including technical proposals and cost estimation.
• Manage project documentation using tools like Confluence and SharePoint.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Authorization to work in the USA is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or co-op experience in electrical engineering or construction projects.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems or energy efficiency technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
