The Sales Associate is the face of the company in direct contact with customers. This role involves helping customers find products or services that meet their needs, providing excellent service, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with sales goals. The Sales Associate ensures a positive shopping experience and contributes to the store’s or team’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sections based on what outfits they are looking for. 
• Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and create a tailored offering for what the customer is shopping for 
• Show a willingness to learn the available product offerings and begin developing an expertise to increase sales conversion with customers 
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. 
• Complete customer bills with accurate customer information and appropriate inventory sales within POS system. 
• ADVANCED: Develop an expertise and specialization in the bridal wear category by styling brides, grooms, and the relevant additional parties (parents, siblings, bridal party) for all wedding events. 
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. 
• Available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and all holidays
