Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to help us grow our customer base in our retail store in Lake Forest, CA, strengthen brand visibility, and drive both in-store and online sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with communities, executing creative marketing campaigns, and turning engagement into measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, local events) to promote Shoperies.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and event organizers to increase brand awareness.
• Drive in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to boost walk-in sales.
• Engage directly with customers to improve satisfaction and increase repeat orders.
• Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Support sales efforts with B2B clients, including lead generation and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement (retail/e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media ads, email campaigns, Google Ads).
• Comfortable working both independently and with a small, agile team.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with South Asian groceries/culture and ability to connect with local communities.

Salary

The compensation for this role ranges from $42000 - $57000 Per Month, commensurate with experience and skills.
