Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waiter / Bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for bartender role).
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine, and cocktails.
• Ensure tables and bar areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a professional approach.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter or bartender (fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines (for bartender role).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
