Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to configure, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform in alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, user management, data maintenance, and automation tools to ensure the platform supports scalable and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access settings.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
Implement automation solutions using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to streamline operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Perform data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and maintenance using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to user access, configuration, and functionality.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and data integrity in accordance with organizational policies.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features, applying them where relevant.
Follow best practices for change management, documentation, and collaboration in agile development environments.
