We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Chef to join our team in our esteemed hotel-restaurant in Germantown, MD. Our ideal candidate will take charge of the kitchen, ensuring our guests are treated to memorable dining experiences. This is a full-time position, offering a yearly salary of $70,000 - $85,000, along with other benefits.

• Planning menus and designing unique, delicious recipes.
• Ensuring food quality and taste consistency.
• Managing kitchen operations and staff.
• Controlling inventory and managing kitchen costs.
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a W2-Permanent position, and payment will be made in cash.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H1B, H2B, J1, OPT, CPT.

• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in operations analysis and inventory control.
• Experience with front desk customer service in a hospitality context.
• Proficient in using various kitchen equipment and utensils.
