Job Summary:

Maintain data integrity and cleanliness through deduplication, validation rules, and data imports/exports.
Provide end-user support and training; create documentation as needed.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and external consultants to support system enhancements and integrations.
Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration.
