We are seeking a talented and analytical Tableau Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced, visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytics solutions.

• Connect Tableau to various data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud platforms).

• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.

• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and data workflows.

• Work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best visualization practices.

• Document dashboards, data definitions, and reporting processes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing software solutions in our IT division. The role also involves troubleshooting and improving existing software platforms. The Developer will work closely with our IT team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 yearly, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a valid work visa, be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or hold an EAD / TN, H1B, H4, F1, F2, L2, H2B, STEM, J1, OPT, CPT visa status. Prior experience in IT Software is preferred.

• Ab Initio: Ability to design and develop ETL processes using Ab Initio software.
• Informatica: Proficiency in data integration tools like Informatica.
• ASP .Net: Experience in developing applications using ASP .Net.
• C SHARP: Proficiency in programming with C SHARP.
• Web Services: In-depth knowledge of creating and managing web services.
• Android: Ability to develop Android applications.
