We are seeking a talented and analytical Tableau Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into business intelligence that supports informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced, visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports.
Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytics solutions.
Connect Tableau to various data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud platforms).
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and data workflows.
Work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best visualization practices.
Document dashboards, data definitions, and reporting processes.
