Our Sales Support Coordinator team is dynamic, organized, and energetic. They are responsible for supporting the primary sales team with processing all orders, collaborating with the invoicing department, and maintaining all customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes
• Create and process sales orders on time
• Perform data entry duties concerning sales figures
• Provide administrative assistance to the management team members

Requirements:

• Required training by a senior executive about the jewelry industry for the first 2 weeks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Some knowledge within the sales work field is preferred
• A drive and motivation to advance within the company
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in teams and cooperate with people
• 10AM - 6:30PM EST
