Providing human resources support to multiple sites;Organizational Development, performance management, Learning & Development, workforce planning, employee relations and Continuous Improvement;Developing the HR site talent through coaching and mentoring;Managing labor relations functions for union sites;Compensation analysis and recommendation;Ensuring compliance for facility policies and programs including EEO/AA, ADA, FMLA, etc. 4-year degree required in Human Resources or related discipline. Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as an HR generalist in a large manufacturing environment;Multi-site experience, both union and non-union;PHR or SPHR preferred;Proven coach, mentor and challenges status quo;Strong skills in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, negotiations, and labor management;Ability to plan, direct and coordinate the work of HR support staff;Ability to travel domestically up to 30-40% of the time.
