Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic IT software team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test processes to ensure the quality of our web services. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $97,000 to $117,000 yearly. Applicants should be US Citizens or Green Card holders. Both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract terms are available.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts using Actuate, Java, and QTP/Selenium.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, or content.
• Collaborate with the Agile team to ensure seamless functionality.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of $97,000 to $117,000 yearly. This is complimented by a benefits package that includes health coverage, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Web Services testing.
• Proficiency in Actuate, Java, QTP/Selenium, and Agile methodologies.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in Actuate, Java, and QTP/Selenium.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well within an Agile team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
