Housekeeper Job Description

Lucent Health Group has provided superior, personalized in-home care since 2007. We’re expanding our team of compassionate Caregivers to deliver non-medical support and companionship to our clients in the Dallas area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
  • Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client needs
  • Personal Assistance: Support clients with activities of daily living (e.g., mobility, bathing, dressing)
  • Companionship & Monitoring: Engage with clients, observe their well-being, and report any concerns to your supervisor

What You Bring:

  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (required for travel between client homes)
  • Age 18 or Older
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Spanish fluency (required)
