Housekeeper Job Description
Lucent Health Group has provided superior, personalized in-home care since 2007. We’re expanding our team of compassionate Caregivers to deliver non-medical support and companionship to our clients in the Dallas area.
What You’ll Do:
- Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client needs
- Personal Assistance: Support clients with activities of daily living (e.g., mobility, bathing, dressing)
- Companionship & Monitoring: Engage with clients, observe their well-being, and report any concerns to your supervisor
What You Bring:
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (required for travel between client homes)
- Age 18 or Older
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
- Successful completion of a background check
- Spanish fluency (required)
