Under general direction, assists office managers and others performing various office and administrative duties as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assist answering phones and directing calls.
2. Assist in filing documents.
3. Assist Office Manager as needed in areas of weekly payroll, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable collections.
4. Perform office duties including, making copies; sending faxes, sorting mail, ordering supplies, and running errands.
Basic Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of office operating environments. Ability to juggle competing demands and pitch in where ever needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Sound working knowledge of personal computers is helpful.
LICENSES:
A valid drivers license is required.

Telephone, FAX and copy machine
