In my most recent role as Program Manager – Discretionary Investments at Microsoft CEMA, I spearheaded strategic initiatives that boosted growth among selected Microsoft Partners through geo-expansion and vertical growth strategies. This role enhanced my abilities in identifying the right partners, designing program frameworks, performance tracking, and pipeline forecasting. Additionally, I was responsible for ensuring compliance with best-in-class execution standards.

During my tenure as Program Manager for Channel Enablement & Transformation (SureStep) at Microsoft MEA, I successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement channel enablement activities.
