X Tech, Fab Ready Solutions Inc was founded in 2009 as a flex-labor services company to provide Field Service Engineer (FSE) labor resources on short or long-term contract basis. The founding objective was to employ and further develop engineers with specialized semiconductor toolset knowledge and experience. Initially, XTech focused on supporting, staffing and servicing the photolithography toolset line manufactured by Tokyo Electron Limited, specifically their Clean Track line of coater/developer semiconductor manufacturing machines. In the years since XTech's founding, service offerings have diversified to include etch and furnace toolset FSE engineering support services as well as a highly focused toolset-specific FSE training program. XTech's move into the area of semiconductor FSE toolset-speicifc technical training represents a concerted effort to continue to provide the most highly skilled engineers available to our customers.
