We are a small law practice that intentionally limits our caseload to ensure the higest qulaity service to each of our clients. Our clients are predominantly located in the Austin-San Antoniio or Houston areas so we maintain an office in Austin as well as in Houston. Both partners have published in their practice areas and continue to work on current publications and to teach continuing professional education classes. Both of our partners have worked for judges at the trial and appellate levels -- so our firm has the kind of intimate understanding of how Courts work and how judges rule that many attorneys do not have.
