Virtual MGA is in the business of providing a web-based transaction platform for facilitating risk placements (using software to help insurance brokers procure coverage from insurance carriers over the internet). Virtual MGA is a product company and we configure our core platform to perform business functions for our clients. Our clients are specialty insurance brokers called Managing General Agents (MGA’s) located all across the US and Canada, Lloyd’s brokers in London and Lloyd’s Syndicates located in London. Our business model is software as a service.
