Workforce Training The goal of business and job training is to provide workforce solutions to area businesses, organizations, and individuals. To that end, we currently work with the Department of Assisted and Rehabilitated Services (DARS) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Williamson/Burnet County Opportunities (WBCO), Workforce Investment Act (WIA) as well as Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA).
