San Diego Contracting Opportunities Center (SDCOC) is an economic development program of Southwestern College/Foundation. As a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), our mission is to assist San Diego small businesses in how to do business with federal, state and local government agencies. Any small business with an office in San Diego County may receive SDCOC services provided it has a product or service that has reasonable expectation of being procured under government contract or purchase order. This assistance is provided at no cost small businesses with an office in San Diego County.
