LUX-ed delivers lighting design education for architects, designers and lighting professionals. Workshops are provided in a fast-paced, fun and hands-on setting. Topics include: Principles of lighting design Human factors for design Strategies for energy code compliance Designing with LEDs Lighting controls Facility-specific lighting Workshop attendees learn valuable information to immediately use, such as how to select the appropriate lighting sources; how to comply with applicable energy codes; how to determine LED system installation requirements; and how to incorporate sustainable lighting solutions into various types of projects.
