We originate, finance and manage anaerobic digestion (AD) waste to energy projects. We envision AD diverting 50% of the USA's urban waste and supplying 5% of our national natural gas demand by 2040. AD has yet to take off in the USA because systems need support from diverse stakeholders. A lack of incentives keeps stakeholders from collaborating. We inspire collaboration by asking each group to take specific actions in exchange for dramatic benefits. Once we have established consensus, we oversee projects’ execution. We manage completed projects’ upkeep and take a small percentage of their monthly gross margin as compensation for our services.
