Additionally, our Affiliate Companies have managed over 200 properties, totaling over 17,000 apartment units in the United States. From 2015, the Company has managed Affordable Housing residential apartments, under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. It currently owns and manages over 35 LIHTC properties totaling 2,300 units, mostly in and around the City of Los Angeles in California.
