Our homes are designed to accommodate and promote independence to individuals with physical and mobility challenges.Our Thunderbird property is adjacent to the Rehdantz property on 35 acres of farm and woodland. Our third property, Kristen House, is located 12 miles from Thunderbird and Rehdantz, in a newly developed subdivision in Pardeeville. The Koepp Kottage is a newly constructed 3600 square foot open floor plan, nestled in a wooded hillside outside of Merrimac, overlooking Lake Wisconsin. Neighboring Koepp Kottage is Little Koepp. This residence houses individuals who are able to live a more independent life style. We are proud to offer our Wyndwood House, in Dane County which offers a private wooded setting close to Sun Prairie.
