Ocean City, known as "America's Greatest Family Resort", is a city in Cape May County, New Jersey, United States. It is a popular resort located on the Atlantic Ocean in southern New Jersey, within easy driving distance of the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas. Ocean City has more than five miles of clean, guarded beaches and features a 2.5 mile seaside boardwalk with arcades, amusement parks, restaurants, and shops. The city also features a downtown shopping and dining district, and a beautiful new bridge and causeway project will dramatically improve access to Ocean City beginning in 2012.
