The mission of the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers (ILAPPS) is to promote the interest of the members, to provide education and training to improve the skills of professional process servers in Illinois and to educate lawmakers on issues that are important to the functions and duties of professional process servers in Illinois. Membership in ILAPPS is open to all professional process servers who operate in compliance with the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure and all laws of the State of Illinois.
