In 1980, in response to the changing needs of his clients, Bill changed the direction of the agency by representing multiple carriers. In 1983, with the addition of Bob Russell as CFO and John Buchanan as Vice President, BRIA continued to steadily grow and adapt in the Texas business environment. In 1997, Bill, along with six other agency owners, had the foresight and ingenuity to form Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA).
