About Accel Community Cyber Program
The mission of the ACCEL Community Cyber Program is to provide a safe haven for youth to receive a comprehensive cyber and tutoring program that promotes the physical, educational and life skills necessary to prepare and empower them for leadership in their communities and success in their personal lives.The program serves youth in grades K-12 in the Philadelphia and Upper Darby areas.
