UP Education Network is a nonprofit school management organization whose mission is to rapidly transform chronically underperforming district schools into extraordinary schools that sustain high achievement over time. UP is one of the few organizations in the country successfully tackling the challenges of in-district school turnaround. We currently serve more than 3,000 elementary and middle school students across six UP Academies in Boston, Lawrence, and Springfield, Massachusetts. To date, our students have demonstrated nationally unprecedented gains in academic growth.
