The Office Manager’s primary responsibility is to maintain an organized and productive working environment for all of the staff in the office. This is done by effectively directing all communications, documents, material, and visitor traffic in the office in such a way as to maximize the productivity of the personnel working in it. The Office Manager will be a resource to all departments to handle administrative and routine tasks in a timely and accountable manner. It is expected that Office Manager will create a visible increase in the productivity and morale of the personnel in the office.
