We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sale Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to engage with customers, promoting our products, and sales to meet company goals. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering precise information regarding our company, coverage offered, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Work Duties:

• Greet customers respectfully and assess their needs to provide tailored solutions for their warranty needs.
• Deliver precise product information to customers in response to their online inquiries, including comprehensive details regarding the coverage options available for vehicles, homes, motorcycles, powersports, and more!
• Engage in selling techniques to maximize sale opportunities (Training is available).
• Maintain reaching out to customers via phone call, text, and email addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have regarding the coverage offered by Premier Auto Protect.
• Handle point of sale (POS) with precision, basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Communicate effectively with team members and team management regarding daily sales goals.

Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Desktop software, Excel Sheets, and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to provide accurate information regarding coverage options offered by Premier Auto Protect.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to conduct engaging product details that highlight key features and benefits.
