Duties include greeting guests, seating guests at tables. Understanding how a restaurant operates and the flow of the restaurant is important. You must be able to answer the phone and take phone orders, thus you must have knowledge of the menu. Duties also include mixing and serving drinks from our bar and coffee station (ie. espresso, cappuccino, smoothies) and plating desserts.
You must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
