The Assistant General Manager will be a responsible leader who can support the General Manager in ensuring consistently exceptional guest and employee experiences, incredible food, strong financial results, and operational excellence.  The ideal candidate will collaborate with the General Manager to execute business concepts and strategies as directed.  They will be responsible to continuously evaluate service levels and standards, to implement the Gott's Hospitality Standards to make certain that guests are always at the forefront of every action taken, and ensure employees are set up for success through training, feedback, and recognition.

Qualified Candidates Will:

• Have the ability to learn and work the kitchen line at all stations
• Have computer experience/literacy
• ServSafe Certification
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification
• Have a high school degree, or equivalent
• Financial experience is desirable
• Proficient in English, fluency is Spanish desirable
