Numotion is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to C Level senior executives. This primary focus of this position involves supporting the Executive Vice President. The position will also assist with scheduling and managing of workflow for the Baltimore Office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages the Executive Vice President's calendar.
Arranges travel plans and itineraries for the EVP.
Manages day to day operations of the office including calendar and scheduling appointments.
Coordinates meeting details for executives/department on-site meetings as well as teleconference.
Triages mail, telephone calls, and other communications for the EVP.
Reviews and submits monthly expense reports on behalf of the Executive Vice President.
Creates Power Point Presentations and reports in MS Excel as requested by the EVP.
Supports the Regional Vice Presidents on an as-needed basis.
Required Skills
Qualifications
3-5 years of office/administrative experience required.
Associates degree or higher in Business or related field preferred.
Experience providing administrative support to C level executives strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
