We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, the Housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and home-like environment throughout the facility—including resident rooms and shared spaces. This position is vital to ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents by following established cleaning protocols and upholding our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated facility spaces
• Follow facility cleaning policies, procedures, and infection control standards
• Support the overall cleanliness and presentation of the environment to promote a positive resident experience
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely
• Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Background check, reference verification, and drug screening
• TB testing and post-hire employee health screening
• Ability to move, lift, and transfer up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
