We are looking for a reliable Driver and Shop Helper who can assist with flower deliveries, shop organization, and managing the logistics of flower shipments, including airport pickups after customs clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery Driver:

  • Safely drive and deliver floral arrangements to customers’ homes, businesses, and special events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery, handling products with care.
  • Assist in loading and unloading flowers and arrangements.

• Airport Pickup (Customs Clearance):

  • Pick up flowers from the airport after they have been cleared through customs.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and airport personnel to ensure flowers are collected after inspection.
  • Safely transport the flowers back to the shop, ensuring they are properly handled.
  • Maintain records and paperwork for customs clearance and deliveries.

• Shop Assistant:

  • Help organize, arrange, and maintain the shop, ensuring the store is neat and presentable.
  • Assist with customer orders and help manage inventory.
  • Provide general support during busy periods, including customer service and assisting with flower arrangements.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with driving to and from the airport (must have a good knowledge of local routes and airport procedures).
• Ability to lift and carry floral products and supplies (up to 25 pounds).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle paperwork for customs clearance.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
