These are the eight ways to get inside the U.S., and it's legal!

Living the American dream is in the wish list of many non-Americans, knowing some of these rules and laws from the U. S. citizenship and Immigration services will shed some light on the restless immigration process.
The U.S.C.I.S. has a list of protocols for people who are willing to enter the U. S. under different categories, and we have listed it below:
1. Family comes first: Immediate relatives like the spouse of the U.S. citizen, a child who is under 21/ parent who is at least 21, can apply for a green card.
Some of the other relations are brother, married son/ daughter, a fiancé (e) of a U.S. citizen (K-1 nonimmigrant), child of a fiancé, widow, and abused spouse, child.
2. As an immigrant worker:
Under this category, non-Americans can access green card as an immigrant worker, if you possess the following qualities:
Extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, or an outstanding professor/researcher/a multinational manager or an executive who meets specific criteria.
If you are proposing a national interest waiver, or if you are a skilled worker with minimum of 2 years of training or work experience
If your job requires at least a U.S. bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent or you are an unskilled worker who needs less than two years of training.
If you are an immigration investor, who is willing to invest at least $ 1 million or $500,000 in a targeted employment area in the U.S.A.
If YOU ARE a physician who agrees to work full-time in clinical practice in a designated underserved area for a set period and also meets other eligibility requirements, then you can get access to the green card,
3. Special Immigrant:
Religious workers, abused, abandoned child, Afghanistan or Iraq nationals who helped the U.S. on or after March 20, 2003, for at least one year, a retired officer, NATO member, and international broadcaster falls under the special immigrant category.
4. Green Card through Refugee or Asylee Status:
If the person is admitted as Refugee or Asylee for at least a year, then they will get the green card papers.
5. Green Card for Human Trafficking and Crime Victims:
If you are a human trafficking or a crime victim who holds a T nonimmigrant visa, U nonimmigrant visa, then you are eligible for a green card.
6. Green Card for Victims of Abuse:
If you are a victim of abuse and extreme cruelty from a permanent U.S. citizen, then you are eligible
7. Green Card through Other Categories:
The other categories include Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (L.R.I.F.), Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, Cuban Adjustment Act, Dependent status under the H.R.I.F.A., Lautenberg parolee, Indochinese Parole Adjustment Act of 2000, American Indian born in Canada, Person born in the United States to a foreign diplomat Section 13 (diplomat), for a detailed and elaborate explanation on the above categories visit https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/eligibility-categories.
8. Through registry:
If you have resided continuously in the U.S. since before January 1, 1972, then you are eligible to apply for a green card.
