Account Executive Job Description

The Account Executive is a critical link between Bulgari and the department store customer base, providing sales, strong customer service, training and overall business management which will ensure product sell-through and image enhancement at retail level.

Duties:

  • Support the implementation of the brand strategy in region under direction of the Vice President.
  • Responsible for managing Travel Retail and London Jewelers accounts
  • Assist in developing the forecast of the national accounts and region helping to achieve the sales
  • Manage and drive sell-in and sell-out for watch and jewelry categories in department stores
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail partners
  •  Merchandise retailer assortment for success constantly re assessing potential
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure adherence year round
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for each partner in the territory
  • Work all trade shows and attend sales meetings for the region
  • Manage assigned travel budget
  • Work closely with accounts receivable to ensure receipts are timely & support business potential
  • Partner with Marketing, Training, Merchandising and Distribution teams to ensure high level of support to business partners and alignment with retail stores.
  • Provide competitor intelligence in territory and maintain relationships with potential retail partners
  •  Support and host trunk shows for Wholesale network as needed
  • Prepare analysis and business presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to travel, at least, 30% of time
  • College degree or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Department Store and/or Specialty Store account experience is a requirement
  • Excellent problem solving skills and solution-oriented
  • Strong ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Agility and ability to react quickly with strong sense of urgency
  • Aptitude to develop strong relationships built on respect and trust
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and robust analytical skills
  • Strong excel and power point skills are mandatory, word proficiency
