• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build performance tracking systems.

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable business insights.

• Assist in designing A/B tests and interpreting their results.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection and quality.

• Document analytical methodologies and maintain data dictionaries.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for our New York-based team at Magnus Technologies Inc. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary between $130,000 - $140,000 per year. The ideal candidate is a US citizen, with a valid work visa, Green Card, H4, L2, STEM, OPT, with a strong background in IT Software / Services.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of our software through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
• Work closely with the development team to understand product specifications.
• Report and document technical issues.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in a QA role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

Skills

• Proficient in ASP .Net, C SHARP, Web Services, Android, and Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
