Senior Accountant Job Description

The ODA Group has partnered with a rapidly growing Dallas (Uptown) insurance company in search of a Senior Accountant/Analyst. This 20-person company is already at $9 million in EBITDA and expecting to grow 50% next year. The individual will work directly for the CFO on a variety of duties including:

The Senior Accountant will perform a variety of accounting functions:

Monthly Bank Reconciliations
General Ledger reconciliations
MGA and reinsurance accounting
Assist in annual financial audit
Financial analysis and budgeting/forecasting
Various accounting and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3+ years experience in public accounting
Insurance experience a plus
