 Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Experience Level: 3-6 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 3-6 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java, front-end technologies, and experience with modern frameworks, as well as a passion for clean, maintainable code and efficient design.

Key Responsibilities:

Back-End Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Implement best practices in application architecture and code design.
• Develop secure and efficient code for enterprise-level applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Optimize front-end components for maximum performance.

Database Management:

• Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and conduct database performance optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and security.

Collaborative Development:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

DevOps and CI/CD:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Testing and Debugging:

• Implement testing strategies (unit tests, integration tests, etc.) to ensure robust application quality.
• Use debugging tools and log management for diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
