Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing data systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data management, processing, and storage solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Data Modeling: Build and optimize data models that support analytical and operational use cases.
• Data Quality and Governance: Implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to define and achieve data requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance data processing performance and storage efficiency by implementing best practices in big data technologies.
• Documentation and Testing: Create detailed documentation and test procedures for data management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Expertise in cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica).

Programming Languages:

• Strong knowledge of Python or Scala for data processing.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications
