Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst to support organizational decision-making by analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry data.

• Evaluate business performance using KPIs and financial metrics.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our IT Software team to analyze and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements.
• Use Ab Initio and Informatica tools for data integration and migration.
• Develop and manage ASP .Net, C SHARP, VB.net applications.
• Deliver and maintain Web Services to improve business functionality.

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation package that includes health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in IT Software field.
• Experience in Ab Initio, Informatica, ASP .Net, C SHARP, VB.net, Web Services is a must.
• Should possess a Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, Green Card, or L2.

Skills:

• Ab Initio: Experience in data integration and migration.
• Informatica: Expertise in designing, installing, and configuring.
• ASP .Net: Skilled in creating efficient and secure web applications.
