Agile Product Analyst

We are seeking an Agile Product Analyst to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in communication, and experienced in Agile frameworks.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
Work with development teams in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
Ensure requirements are well understood and feasible for technical implementation.
Partner with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure product quality.
Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.
Support the product roadmap and assist with release planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or ICAgile) are a plus.
