Sales Associate Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in selecting Indian ethnic wear.

Provide excellent customer service with styling suggestions and product knowledge

Handle billing, cash register, and basic POS system operations

Keep the store organized, clean, and merchandise displayed neatly

Assist with inventory management and unpacking new stock

Support live sales events (in-store or on social media) when needed

Qualifications Needed:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati a plus)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours (weekends)

Team player with a positive attitude
