Bookkeeper Job Description

This role will support the Accounting/Finance team and report to the controller, duties include but not limited to AR & AP, Cash Deposit & Disbursement, Account Reconciliation and other bookkeeping activities.

Accounts receivables for both wholesale and retail customers, Accounts Payables, Allocate and record expenses, Submit requests in electronic system
Manage cashflow, review expenses, weekly payment runs (ACH/Wire), manage customer & vendor relationship
Clerical duties, deposits
Other tasks not limited to the list

Requirements:

Associate Degree and above in business or finance field, Strong communication skills, Excel skills a must-have (Pivot & VLOOKUP), Multi-task, Details oriented
2 years related work experience, Familiar with accounting software, Chinese language proficiency a plus.
